Chiah Li Xin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of London. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020, following her pupillage at Messrs Nora S. W. Lam & Associates under the tutelage of Madam Nora Lam Siew Wan. She was retained as a Legal Associates in the firm until March 2022. Thereafter, she joined WB Projects Sdn. Bhd. as an assistant manager and subsequently advanced to legal manager in 2023.

Her professional journey, encompassing roles as a legal associate and in-house legal manager, has equipped her with a deep understanding of both the commercial and legal landscapes. She has garnered extensive hands-on experience in corporate advisory, real estate, construction disputes, and contract negotiation, consistently achieving favourable outcomes for both corporate and individual clients.

Her experience, combining private practice and in-house legal management, provides her with unique perspective on legal issues. Her approach integrates theoretical standpoint with practical, real-world insights. Despite her relative youth, she has adeptly led complex negotiations, resolved significant disputes, and provided strategic advice that has directly impacted client outcomes, particularly in the realms of property development and corporate agreements.
